Daewoo have changed their name to Chevrolet. Talk about polishing a turd.
Woodlouse2002 PITA and BAR!!!!!!!!&&&&Our Sovereign Lord the King chargeth and commandeth all persons, being assembled, immediately to disperse themselves, and peaceably to depart to their habitations, or to their lawful business, upon the pains contained in the Act made in the first year of King George the First for preventing tumults and riotous assemblies. God Save the King.&&&&Viva la revolution!

Maybe they wanted to import something with Chevy on the badge that does more than 0.1 mpg
Prefered Daewoo myself (pronounced Day-Woooo of course
)

If I feel the need for a Chevy engine at the mo I'll pop down to Vauxhall and buy a Monaro

My vette gets 28mpg highway and 25city (my observations, not the manufacturer's). Far from 0.1!

Because of the cost of fuel I hardly ever drive it, it uses premium...

Our US exchange pilot came in chuckling the other day, telling us how back home people were paying about $2/gallon, and getting upset about it...
Over here at the mo we're paying around £0.80 to £0.85/litre ($1.50/litre), so about $5.90 per gallon...

I understand that pain, my '69 Camaro needs premium too. I hardly drive it anyway, but the gas prices do affect the amount of mileage I put on it.

I didn't realise Daewoo was still in business. Shows how much I know about cars. They had a big headquarters in my home town but that was closed down some time ago.

Used to see a lot of Daewoo cars around here at one time. That figures cos they were cheap. Problem was the resale value & unless you replaced it with one of the same make you would lose out. I don't remember seeing one recently. Wonder where they all went?
.
PS. It's pronounced Die-oo if anyone's interested.
