Possibly.  Can you do startup sounds for helicopters?
For some reason my sounds start with the main jet noise and the startup part gets ignored.

Shutdown works perfectly as does dynamic rotor noise while they are still blurred (so that you don't get silent autorotations - why doesn't anyone else do this?).

I have done in the past, but that was 2k or was it 2k2, I can't remember. I have my copy of FS2k4 sitting next to me and I will install it sometime this week. I will be then updating my Hughes 500 sound pack and uploading it and a fix for the old one, so if you want to take a listen to that and see if thats the kind of thing you want. Obviosly you wouldn't get those sounds, unless you were making a hughes 500 of course.  Smiley

What aircraft are you making?

I'm building a G8N1 renzan, do you have any sounds for the engines on that?
Thanks in advance

Akula

PS. if you cant, that's fine. not many people even know what a G8N1 renzan is.

Sooner or later, I'll be needing sound files for my Project. To be specific, I need sounds for the Ferrari Enzo or any aircraft sound that is similar to it. Does any know of any aircraft engine that sounds similar to a Ferrari??

DTWD:

It's finished and available at www.hovercontrol.com
Whirlybug II.  See if you can figure out why the ignition sound won't work...

Other than that, it turned out nice.

Figure it out and SimV will get the first upload of the fixed version.

Cheers BMan, more like that comming.

As for the Enzo, I can do that easy as pie. What kind of sounds you wanting for it?

Will take a look at that chopper for you as soon as I get my copy installed. As it's valentines tomorrow I will be busy. Will hopefully take a look this week.

As for the G8N1 renzan, as soon as I figure out what the hell it is I will get back to you.

Just looked this up, I will do my best in trying to find something for this, but it will be tricky. Probably one of those things I will put on the back burner and notify you if I come across something.

Well. I could use some 757 sounds if anyone gets the chance. Though a word of warning, I am a real world 757 pilot, if they are off just a little bit, I will be very very unhappy.
Anyways, what's a good 757 model out there? I need a new one for FS2004.

Pilot for a major US airline certified in the: EMB-120, CRJ, 727, 737, 757, 767, and A-320 and military, T-38, C-130, C-141, and C-5 along with misc. other small airplanes. Any questions, I'm here for you.

Saratoga,

Accuracy isn't 100% important in the sounds I do. Yes they have to be close and pretty damn close at that, but I prefer to go for quality over realism. So I try to give the sounds that 'cool' factor. Basically they sound quite acurate but overall they just sound good. Thats the difference between realism and entertainment.

If you fancy giving me a free flight in the jump seat of your 757 I am sure I can create some realistic sounds for you Cheesy
