I know i know, lots of photos however i must reclaim my spot here.
and i feel its my responsibility to bring you photos from said museum should you decide you may want to visit. Plus these are better than the last time i went, and some newer members may want to see.
Anyone?
Even i know this one:)

Very nice. The first two are research aircraft, the Avro 707c (sort of mini-Vulcan research delta) & Saunders Roe SR53 composite powered (one rocket & 1 gas turbine engine). I'm possibly one of the few members here to have seen both these types in the air, if not these actual examples.

Got any more of these rarer types? What about some of the WWII German types I believe they have there.

Nice to see the real 707 (much before Boeing...). Originally manufactured at Bracebridge Heath, about a mile north of RAF Waddington. Not a lot of people know that. Dave Maltby of VC-10/BAC1-11/Camet and Trident fame was building one a while back, but I don't think he's doing too much now.
Shame...

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
