Wow, I haven't posted in a few years, so if this has been dealt with before, I apologize for being a lazy bum and not sifting through the 99999 posts  I missed. Wink

Anyway, here's something weird happening with my install of fs2k2.

When I choose an airport from the menu or if I fly into the area the airport is located in, FS will stall out. For instance, if I choose to start my flight at Dulles, it will not load-- regardless if I'm starting it in "free" flight or from a flightplan.

The same thing happens in other places, like Seattle. Another problem is that when I fly into these areas, FS will crash. If I slew into these areas, FS will not generate ANY scenery, and it won't show up on the overhead view. Of course, I have 3rd party scenery active in some of these areas, but in some affected areas I don't have any add on scenery-- and these add on sceneries have never caused problems.

I haven't installed any meshes in these areas, and I'm running out of ideas as to why this is happening.

It seems like the only thing I can do is re-install, but I've done this five times already to  remedy the same problem (last time it was Japan, Hong Kong and the Phillipines).

---EDIT---
Now FS is refusing to generate the entire east coast of the US, as well as everything north or south of it, like Havana or Gander. Why is this now spreading?
