Well, for the last couple days my garage has been empty (no old Camaro in there) and its weird.  I had to take it in and have it worked on and I didn't realize I would miss it like I do.  I must be really attached to it (more than I realized).   Roll Eyes

Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting it back.  For those of you who remember me talking about it back in the summer, I was having problems with the car's electrical system-I had a short that kept causing me to break down (the short was in the main wiring).  Anyway, I finially had a chance to take it in and have the wiring fixed.  Also, the guy I took it to is a serious performance guy and he's going to make the car a lot faster.  Ever since I got the car, it hasn't ran right.  I took it in and he test drove it and said that it was really not right (he promissed me that it would really smoke the tires off when he was done).  I had worked on the car with my father and we figured that my problem was either with the carburator or the distributor.  We had adjusted them a little and not much was changed.  But finally some good news, yesterday I got a phone call from the guy who is working on it and he said he found the performance problem-basically my destributor was all messed up and eating most of my horsepower.  So, once he gets it fixed (both the performance and electrical) and maybe puts a shift kit in it-I'll have it back.  I was told it should be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday-but I'll have to wait and see.

Anyway, I'll let you guys know how it all turns out.  Hopefully, it'll run right and be a lot faster.  It basically stumbled off the line (my V6 Camaro has been faster than it).  Actually, we proved that.   Wink
