Went to the show today, and saw lots of pretty cars
i still can't get over it.
two companies that really stood out to me were Spyker (first time in US) and Panoz (which had their base car (the esperanze?), the GTLM, and a full blown carbon fibre race car!
all in all it has been quite a good day

I've seen pictures of the new VW Bora/Jetta in the newspaper and I've got to admit that this is a quite beautiful example for a family car.

yes they had a few of them there, as well as one with the factory aggresive bodykit
i must say the stock rims are beautiful, but the new audi borrowed grill will take some time to grow on me

OMG OMG OMG i was just reading fast-autos.net and just realized what i saw yesterday!!
i went to the saleen both to check out the new saleen mustang, i saw an s7 there too. i have seen s7s before, so i just thought "okay, cool an s7" and snapped some pics. . .little did i know that the s7 i saw was actually an S7 TT concept (yes twin turbo!!). i should have walked all the way around the car (i am so mad at myself!!)
read about it here:
http://www.fast-autos.net/saleen/saleens7tt.html
(the pictures are of the actual one i saw)
750 bhp
700 ft-lb
0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds
10.7 1/4 mile @ 137
. . .i am in love!!

Twin turbos are always fun. But the best example for a good TT engine is still Jaguar's V6 in the XJ 220.

Alternatively get an Ariel Atom. Supercharged engine pushing out 300bhp meaning 600bhp per ton. And it goes like a bat out of hell.
