This may sound stupid but Ive never installed one before. I was wondering if I had to remove the one that came with the computer or do I just disable it? By the way my computer has AGP slots. Thanks.

Joe512....unless I miss my guess, your computer should only have one AGP slot, the others are PCI. The AGP slot looks, and is coloured differently (generally brown). You will need to take out the old card to install the new one.

Don't forget to uninstall all drivers for your old one and install all the drivers for your new one before taking the old one out and putting the new one in Wink

Yeah I just realized that your right, only one slot. When I take the side cover off, its all just looks like one big board lol. I cant tell where the graphics card starts and ends, any help on how to take it out and where? If needed I can post pics showing what it looks like. I would just send it up to a computer place and have them do it but Id atleast like to try so everytime I want to change it I can do it myself. Sometimes things arent as hard as they seem once you get pointed in the right direction.

Man Im really making myself look dumb in this post. When I read the stats on my computer it ment that it had 1 open AGP slot. I took the cover off and yup there it was. Undid the cover, slid the card in. The computer reconized the new hardware, hit cancel, used the disk that came with it and boom, it was set. Looks great in flight sim. Now I just need to get a new joystick since my other is broke. Cant wait.
