I click on the link and it comes back with "file not found" from my office connection and from here at home:(

Tried some others. None of them are working from home or office...weird

Are you trying to use a download manager or anything - this has been stopped.

No download manager. Using Opera. All other FS sites are downloading ok so now idea why I cant download anything from here.

Neither have I - but right now if I do a server check (just ran a top on the main file server )  I can see that there are about 228 concurrent ftp downloads occurring .... which is no different from before I introduced the ftp server.

Sorry for your trouble but things are working as normal this end.... 

There are many possibilities - browser settings - ISP - firewall ...

Believe me - when there is even a short break in the file server - for instance when  I do a reboot - I hear about it via email.  Wink
