How can I set the tower position of an Fs2002 Addon scenery, said exactly the Arrcab carriers, the tower is placed somewhere aboard the carrier, and I want it to be on the carrier.

I do not think you can do this.
The reasin is that the aircraft carrier is a scenery object rather than a airport the only way you could alter it would be to have the source file that was used to create it. Then you would have to have the same program or a comperable program that would allow you to edit it.
Objects like aircraftcarriers are like buildings and have to be created then compiled into a bgl file  to allow them to be used by FS. You can move the control towers on airports with AFCAD but this will not allow you to edit objects like a aircraft carrier.
Truthfully it would be easier to make your own carrier the way you want it to be. Once made you could place it any wher you wanted to. Even in more than one place by making duplicate files using differant positions in each file.

This may be true but I still do not think you can edit it.
But if it is possable try AFCAD just make sure you download the correct version for FS2002. If this is a airprot AFCAD will edit it. But I still think it is an object and you will not be able to edit it.
But it certainly can not hurt to try let me know what you find out..
