This is not ebay, somebody just made this web site as a joke, the domain is .edu(definatelly not ebay) and and there is no word 'ebay' in the link 
pretty good though

I think actually it's a saved page from E-bay that has been put up at another site. As you can see the auction ended nearly two years ago so it wouldn't be on ebat any more.

Its a saved mirror from a post on ebay.

And its completely legal. Its basically some emtal housing and  some tubing and wires in there.

No detonator or nuclear fuel or radar set. Let me be the first to tell you its completely useless. The only way its gonna kill is if you threw it at someone...if you can lift it.
