Currently I tried to fly the Learjet from NY to Dublin. However I run out of fuel en route. Shouldn't the Learjet be able to make this distance?

Did you have full fuel all the way? It may seem like an obvious question, but you should check the simple things first.  Wink

As far as I know, the Lear 45 only has about an 1800-2000nm range(when accounting for IFR reserves). You might want to get your globe out and check the distance.

.....so I loaded up the plane and moved to Middle-EEEE..........OIL..that is......

If u are talking about the Lear 45.
Then climb between 42000 or 45000 feet and cruise at .81.  It takes a while to get up but to make it easier, here is a table of vertical speed and altitude
takeoff            5000-5500 f/m
5000               5000 f/m
15000             4000 f/m
25000             3000 f/m
28000             2000 f/m
32000             1500 f/m
37000             1000 f/m   5-8 minutes to cruising altitude

Learjet has always boasted that their planes can STRAIGHT climb to 51,000 feet (meaning they dont have to level off to gather speed and begin ascending again)
This is true but you MUST decrease Vertical speed as you go to maintain your speed.  The plane accelerates incredibly slowly at 30000 feet and above.  At 42000 feet it will take 20minutes to increase from .74-.81

It is IMPERATIVE that you maintain a good speed all the way up  (Be at .79 or .80 at 30000 feet).

Hope this helps.

I have made it from Las Vegas to Hilo Hawaii  (2600 miles on one tank of gas)
