For me its The Blues Brothers! My wife has banned it from the car Grin

Just bought the Big Chill soundtrack yesterday! And your right a great collection!! Although there are like four different variations you can get, I got the 2CD one!
I have been having trouble locating some Motown songs without having to result to buying the complete album by the artist!
