Think my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro went bad? (Read 240 times)

I get bad images even when Windows XP screen comes on with booting up.

so I am out of commission for a week or so until my new card arrives:

eVGA nVIDIA GeForce 6800GT Video Card, 256MB GDDR3, 256-Bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "256-A8-N344-AX"

Not to worry that given you the perfect excuse to get an awsome card!  Get the 'Coolbits' overclock tweek (With seom 6800GT's it comes with it) and clock your card up to 6800Ultra speeds 400/1100  then off you go!

You are not going to be dissapointed  8)  I have my ultra running at 435/1200 at the moment and it plays all my games superbly.  It just munches anything I can throw at it.

Spoke to Dell XPS Tech Service, and must admit they did a great job. It is my card, so they are sending me a new one, which of course I will be putting in my old computer, so I can install the new one when it arrives into my XPS Grin
