is there a specific thread or forum to post in?
Or just anywhere?

6. Entries must be of freeware aircraft and scenery only. Entries containing payware in any form will be disqualified. This is to ensure as level a playing field as possible and that no one contestant has an advantage over any other because of access to greater funding.

The idea of freeware only is so that some guy that can't afford the $150.00 1 meter world mesh doesn't get shut out of the contest because of a lack of funds. There may be legitimate grumbling about other areas being uneven, such as video card, not having FS9, etc, but we cannot control those. This we can, so we try to help out as much as possible.
