I just got back from the St. louis County Fair and Airshow:
St Louis Missouri AirshowMan I cou8ld not believe my eyes when I got there. They had on display one of THREE remaining air worthy Constellations, and the ONLY one with a fully restored passenger cabin. I paid my admission to walk through it and it was as if I jumped back in history. It was an AMAZING bird.
They also had a B-25 on display (forgot to get pics of it *smacks head*
And for the show they had several aircraft including the Blue Angels and one show of inspiration that actually brought tears to my eyes.
The P-51 Heritage Flight where an F-15 Eagle joins it. It was truely amazing. Just wow
Performers were:
AeroShell Aerobatic Team
Flight For Diabetes (Diabetic Aerobatic Pilot-Awesome job too)
US Army Golden Knights
US Navy Blue Angels
B-1B Lancer Bomber (requested)
C-17 Globemaster III (requested)
F-15 Eagle East Coast Demo Team
F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet
P-51 Heritage Flight

Man I am ONE HAPPY GUY!
Now to find out if any of my pictures came out on my cheap digital camera.
