Sure, just get a splitter from Radio Shack. Unless you want them to produce two separate sounds. Then I don't know. Maybe, if you have onboard audio and a sound card, but I have no idea if that would work.
 
What do computers and air conditioners have in common?...
They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.
