Can someone please tell me where i can find a good freeware paint program ???. I think paying for a paint program that costs hundreds of dollars is a little to steep for me , but i would like to create my own liveries . Happy flying .

Good Freeware programs are:"
pixia
Serif's PhotoPlus
Gimp!
Paint Shop Pro 5 (caveat: I've spotted it on CDs included in computer graphics magazines from time to time, such as
Computer Arts
)
There are quite a number of decent low-cost paint programs, including older versions of current standards still on the shelves.
Even MS Paint can do in a pinch, combined with the appropriate texturing converters (DXTBmp)
