Here's a few shots I took the other day. The first 2 are some of the best aerial shots I've taken so far. I was standing right at the end of Runway 21 at Shoreham. This is probably the most difficult angle to get the focus right with an automatic digital camera.

...
...
There was a fair crosswind as you can see.
...

This lot came through without warning. I missed the opportunity of a great series of shots by fumbling. My camera was in the opposite shirt pocket to usual. Roll Eyes

...

This one took me completely by surprise. He was taking off on the grass runway directly towards me into wind. I expected him to pass almost overhead & had him dead centre in the viewfinder. Perfick. Then just as I pressed the button he decided to pull a sharp climbing turn. Shocked

...

Another great opportunity missed. Darn it. Angry I shall persevere but I'll never make a photographer at this rate. Embarrassed Wink

Nice shots, too bad about the missed oppertunities though, I think you need a faster camera.

AMD Athlon 64 3700+&&GeForce FX5200 256Mb&&1GB DDR400 DC&&Seagate 500Gb SATA-300 HDD&&Windows XP Professional X64 Edition
&&&&That's right, I'm now using an AMD! I decided to give them another try and they kicked the pants off of my P4 3.4!

Thanks. It's not the camera. I need a faster brain. Roll Eyes
