LFLJ is pretty nasty in real life.  Its not modelled well in FS as all runways are modelled on a level (same alt all the way) Take a look at the pictures in the link below

VNLK is like this in real life too, its not on a level you have to approach it uphill  fun fun fun 

I couldn't agree more. But, its fun being able to try the none safe things on FS and not getting hurt or, hurting anyone else.

Gixer ~ That's the real deal? (LFLJ) wow?    Even without the trees in FS9 - this "thing" looks like a "Coffin Nail" to me!  I wonder how many aircraft parts are scattered around that place?  You would have one heck of a time landing there and keeping your aircraft in one piece.  Nothing like a plane landing at your feet as in one of the photo's you showed!  8)

Gixer ~ VNLK ~ That one even gives you the chills in the sim...let alone real world flying!  Can you imagine taking off the end of that runway and already being at 9,000 feet with a straight drop off....hang on to your shorts unless they (your shorts) are so messed up you don't want to touch them. 

Budd ~ Sounds like you had fun at Male International.....I love the C-130, great aircraft...used to fly around in one with the Tucson Air Niational Guard (TANG).  Had a chance to fly one for a little while during a hop from Tucson to Albuquerque ( New Mexico)...beside the co-pilot (of course).  We took off from Tucson just ahead of a Southwest Airlines 737 and believe it or not...the 737 landed just ahead of us when we reached Albuquerque, about a 57minute flight......darn fast for a turbo-prop.  Of course we didn't have to climb as high as the commercial jet!  The 130 is a little loud inside....so you had to wear ear plugs or they wouldn't let you fly on it.....but what a great plane!   8)

Billerator ~ Now you have really got me laughing.........what a great screen shot.....and you did exactly the right thing!  Warned the passangers to get their carry on luggage and "get their a's out of the aircraft", kept the cockpit together, and even after the nose cone dropped off along with the wings and a couple of engines.......you still have one wheel left to land on!!  Love the dust cloud and the moon in the background!     That's the spirit....what are throttles for if you can't crank em' up once in a while!   8)  Hey, everybody "looks like Billerator fixed that tree problem once and for all"! 

Budd ~ I have never tried this myself....but could you put your screen shots up on the Freeware Screenshots forum located on the Simviation home page?  We could all take a look at them there........and perhaps you could link to them from this forum?   8)

Posting a picture is a bit touchy the first few times.  Did you upload the picture to the Forum Upload page (in the correct format and size)?

If so and you got the "successful" message...... what was the EXACT filename of the upload (and it IS cap sensitive)?
