Someone posted a link to what has to be the last available source, but it was 2-3 months ago, so you will have to do some searching.

I don't know of anyone who uses it anymore since rcbco (rcbco-11.zip) came out.  It's free and it works better.  If you decide to use it pm me because it needs a minor modification to work in FS02.
