Could someone tell me what and where the best freeware amphibian is for FS9?

There are a quite a few good amphibians out there. My personal favorite is currently being made by Project Skyworks (http://www.project-skyworks.vze.com). The Beriev Be-200 and the Beriev A-40 are two large jet powered amphibians that look very good. At http://www.avsim.com there is beriev_be103.zip with is the Beriev Be-103. It has a VC and a number of paints. Also here there is the Be-12 here (http://www.simviation.com/fs2002vintage7.htm). ; There is a Beaver that is here (http://www.simviation.com/fs2004props25.htm). ; Finally, Chuck Dome made a number of good amphibians. His website seems to be down though.

I just love those Beriev designs. Thanks for the link to the Be103. I had to do my own flight dynamics for it as it was really just for FS9 but it does look good.

The Be12 is nice looking but has a lot wrong with it in the FD dept. and the elevators move the wrong way... The author has just updated it for FS9 though so he may have addressed the faults.

The updated one is definitely at www.flightsim.com but I'm sure it will appear here too.
