Hello.i have noticed at two diffrent airports that aircraft are over shooting the landing and runing off the end of the runway.one of the airports has been worked with AFCAD the other airport is all default.just wondering if this is normal or not and if its fixable with AFCAD.these are default aircraft and default flight plans that i have noticed over shooting.thanks for any responce in advance.

Hello Dan one of the airports i added some more parking spots.the other airport where an overshoot happen was all default.and both aircraft were the default that came with the sim.the airport i changed was KFTY and the dash touched down about middle ways of the runway and ran off the end of runway 26.

IMO, one should open these in airports in AFCAD2 and double check them. Even if there's no errors indicated in AF2, they can still be constructed incorrectly; e.g., we had planes landing at the opposite end of the runway and then taking off again; a quick chek in AF2 showed two runways end-to-end; the second runway was only about fifty-feet long! Once it was deleted, the AI planes landed normally.

Yes i cant understand why microsoft got so sloppy with some of these airports in fs9.some are pretty bad, taxie ways missing.taxie ways going though buildings and such.but thanks goodness for the AFCAD program.and thanks for the replys on the subject.the time i did noticed this happen there was some really rough weather at both of the airports.i dont know if  bad weather would affect the AI or not.but i havent noticed this before. So maybe the bad weather was the reason the AI was flying a little crazy.and that sounds like a good tip on checking all the airports out with AFCAD for misstakes.
