I was getting downloaded plane happy the other day and added a bunch, now when I start the simulator it says the file FSSound.dll is missing or corrupt or something like that.  it asks if I want to disable it. I keep clicking no, and everything seems to run fine. How can I get rid of this message? Thanks in advance for the help.    Take Care and Stay Safe.

add the following lines to your FS9.cfg

[OldModules]
FSSound.dll=1

the FS9.CFG is located here
C:\Documents and Settings\*your name on the computer*\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9

I always deleted the FSSound.dll from the modules folder, because using the:
[OldModules]
FSSound.dll=1
never worked for me  ???

if you delete the module you will probably find that some gauges do not function correctly.

You must be adding the lines to the wrong file I am guessing.

Add what the other guys said and it should work fine.
