Depending on payload and fuel remaining in tank, approach speed for full flaps, expect a speed of around 130-140 kts (don't have the approach speed charts, sorry). Fly the approach with a 2-3 degree upward pitch and expect a vertical speed of around 750 ft....
You should try to land on the touchdown markers, the big white filled rectangles, you can't miss them, they are fairly big

There is no rule when to lower the gear, some pilots prefer to do it rather late (less drag), but try to have it lowered at least 5nm from the runway, but like I said there is no offical rule it's the pilots discretion

Yes dial in the ILS freq, change NAV source to 'NAV' and try to intercept the localizer before hitting the 'APP' button, otherwize the AP can give a very unstable approach
