I know nothing about scenery design. I'm working on an AFCAD project for a local airfield. I need to move the original buildings so they are in their proper places but I also need to add in some missing hangers. How would I go about doing this?

I only pretend to know what I'm talking about. Heck, that's what lawyers, car mechanics, and IT professionals do everyday. FSSC http://fssc.avsim.net/ is, in my opinion the best for adding buildings, but FSSE may be better, ask Paul (Fozzer) about that one.
