I recently downloaded a program that will shut down all applications other than FS, and will restart them after you quit the sim.  Are these programs safe, and if so, how do you know what processes to shut down?  It listed over 35 processes that were running, which sounds like alot.  When I hit contrl/alt/delete, it says no applications running.  Which should I beleive?  Todd

an application and a process are different...believe the program if you press ctrl+alt+del in windows xp then hit the processes tab you will find them there

there a good idea those programs i use one that just shuts down everything that you dont need freeing up system resources

hope this helps
