Lufthansa 747/POS and Hornet/Patuxent (Read 288 times)

Me again.

The 747 is from Project Opensky. It has nice flight dynamics but being a 747 you really have to watch the stall speed when landing. Shocked The idea for the layout developed from the profile shot.

The Super Hornet is again from Mr. Yamamoto. I finally had the chance to practice a tailhook landing using ArreseterCables (the last free version). That's located in the background on the top of the image. The insignias are actual USN but the associations between these groups are fictional. The top on is associated with VFA-115 and the lower with Patuxent NAS.

Later,

Gus
