Is there any way to convert .bgl files into .dxf files to import into GMAX?
Or another way of converting into GMAX?

Good question Ryan.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. Neither Aircraft .mdl's or scenery .bgl's can be decompressed to go back into gmax. To get the Gmax, FSDS, AF99, etc. file, you must contact the author of the thing, although every now and then the author will include the gmax/fsc file.
Hope this helps
Mike
