Does any one out there know of clubs in the south Florida area that meet to design aircraft and or scenery.

Otto, I'm not aware of any groups that meet in that area to design aircraft or scenery. I think you'll find most design groups use the internet as their primary meeting place, as nothing physical ever exchanges hands (normally).

But, why not try and start your own, you could be the 1st! The forums are a perfect place to ask and try and drum up interest.
