Question About Spot View (Read 143 times)

Is there anyway to make the spot view follow the aircraft tightly, like in replay?
I've been getting kind of annoyed recently at the view moving all over the place instead going exactly where I want it.

Menu>Views>View Options>Spot Plane:
Then uncheck the 'Gradual Transition' box to stop the zooming.  You can also set the distance from the plane here, you'll see it.

Menu>Options>Controls>Assignments:
Scroll down the list and look for "Look. . . ", you'll see several different camera angles that you can program into your joystick and/or keyboard, also "Pan... " views for different panning effects.  Experiment to find what suits you best.

Try the latest version of Active Camera for FS2002 also - this allows fly-by shots, and also moving around the aircraft cabin. Really cool.
