Hey Guys,

Does WWII Fighters work on XP Home?

I used to play it on my 98SE system.

Ozzy,

Thanks for the reply Smiley

Did you just put the disks in and install it, or did you have to install it in Compatability Mode?

3D Smiley

I haven't played the game in a while, but I think you can change views like in CFS 2, from the panel, to the HUD and so on, but the 2D cockpit is 3D, like CFS3.

For a game that was made in '98, it's really good, only problem is that making mods for it is VERY hard. You need to know a little DOS Tongue

I suppose that's why it never really took off like the FS and CFS series.

Ah,the good ol' DOS. I needed some yesterday when my PC crashed. A shame that Win XP doesn't have a "real" DOS implemented anymore.
