Gary

Tried a system restore, and I ran into the dreaded "no restore point" bug. I know that when I installed the new card a while back that I made a restore point befor doing the install and now it is not there.

I have a penteum III, 1.8 ghz and a gig of memory, XP home for my desk top.

My laptop is much like your computer but not as much memory, I haven't even put FS9 on it as 2K2 doesn't do that great on it.

Guess I'll try a reinstall again. Will keep you posted.

Steve That is kind of strange my system makes random restore points by itself. But I think  it may be programed to do that. If you made a restore point it should be there. The only way I know of to undo a restore point is to remove is by going back to a date before the last restore point was made. In other words if you make a restore point today 05/28/04 but restore to a earlier date say 05/14/04 then you will loose the restore point you made on 05/28/04.
