Just uploaded version 2 of the russian/CIS AFCAD package

Highlights:
- Added the baltic states
- Better airport lights (as close as is possible with AFCAD)
- More fields (about 100 now)
- Fixed some GA parking areas from the first set
 
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here
