Michael. I haven't tried these campaigns. I supect you didn't edit Airbases.dat correctly. There can be problems when installing more than one campaign especially if they're by different authors. If a replacement Airbases.dat is included with the campaign I would suggest backing up the original & using that. Then change it for the other campaign & so on. I forget the details now but it's also possible to have too many entries in Airbases.dat.
Here's the instructions I posted on the Fox Four FAQ page for our Korean campaigns over 1 year ago. This is an example only but the same advice applies.

In order to use the Advanced Information feature of CFS2 with this campaign, you must:
1. (Strongly Suggested) Replace your existing CFS2\INFO\airbases.dat file with the one provided in this package. You may backup your original, if you wish for reuse later. This is only needed, if it is customized.
If yours is a stock file, you can use our replacement permanently because it contains the stock CFS2 airfields plus the Korean airfields. Simply PASTE it into your CFS2\INFO folder and it will overwrite the existing file.
OR
2. (Less Reliable Option) Add the Korean airfield entries listed below to the airbases.dat file in your CFS2\INFO folder.
To do so, open your airbases.dat file in Notepad. Make a space between the last runway entry and the small rectangle symbol (make sure not to delete this symbol).
Copy/Paste the following new entries into the the space you have made. You MUST then renumber the [runway.xxx] and id=xxxx fields in each these new entries sequentially, beginning with the corresponding numbers in your last original entry plus 1.
Example: If your last original entry was [runway.138] with id=8060, then you would begin renumbering the new entries with [runway.139] and id=8061
Understand that there CANNOT be any duplicate runway or id numbers in your airbases.dat file:

PS. It's also possible you don't have the correct Country.cfg file installed. Most experienced mission designers use the M$ approved version here.
http://www.microsoft.com/games/combatfs2/articles_SDK_countryfile.aspThere might be a different version included with the campaign.
Campaigns are probably the most difficult addons to install. The important thing is to read the instructions carefully.
