I have 2 computers,      computer #1 has Norton Antivrus on it. I download airplanes, panels, scenery, etc. from Simviation, Avsim, Flightsim etc. onto this computer. I then burn it on a CD and copy it onto computer #2. Computer  #2 is not hooked up to the internet. The only thing computer #2  does is run FS2002 and FS2004.  My question is:  Is it possbile to infect computer #2 with a virus or spy ware off the CD from computer #1 ?

It is possible. But if its not connected to the net then spyware won't be a problem Grin
Probably a good idea to give it a virus scan before installing on the other machine Wink

The problem is if you DL files on the sys with the anti virus program, is doesn`t automaticly scan them for viruses unless you "open" them...... open the .zip or run the .exe.

You should scan the file manually before you burn them.

BTW, I have never recieved any virus infected file from any filght sim sight. I assume that they all scan files before posting them. Smiley
