I installed a ATI 9800Pro card with the latest Omega drivers in them and I am having problems with objects flickering on the screen. I have a P4 3.0 GB, with 1 gig a ram and 30gb hard drive. I have looked everywhere to no avail.

I have the same setup. I updated to DirectX9.0B and my sound card drivers (I have a SBLive). Not sure if they directly affected my flashing buildings, but it stopped.

What OS are you using? Have you been having problems with black transparent textures? (Anything that is supposed to be transparent, is actually black)
That was one of my issues as well.

What do computers and air conditioners have in common?...
They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.
