Do you mean in the VC, or on a 2d panel?

I am not sure if you can alter the size of an xml gauge without having a panel editor that reads xml gauges ???
There is a program out there that will allow you to edit xml gauges. I have this program and I have resized XML gauges using it. But I agree that if you know what the parameters are you should be able to resize a XML gauge.
  Try searching for "xmlgauges" and you will find severl links that will explain how to use XML gauges. Grin

The program I use is FS Panel Design studio.

I don't use XML gauges myself so could be wrong. I would think the conventional Panel.cfg entries would work just the same. This is a typical entry from the FS9 default b747_400 Panel.cfg.

gauge02=Boeing747-400!Standby Attitude Indicator, 113, 1, 111, 111

The last 2 values define the size of the gauge horizontally & vertically in that order. It should not matter whether it's a 2D panel or DVC entry. Boeing747-400.cab is a default XML cluster gauge.

PS. All CFG entries can be manually edited in Notepad.
