I recently discovered (via sharp left into the weeds!) that the r/h engine of the Skybus Twin Otter won't start, either using autostart or the manual procedure. I haven't done a re-install of the a/c yet; as it works OK in FS2002. I did install the update for FS9 but no change. Anyone?

I am not familar with the otter but  take a good look at the throttle view and make sure there is no switch there to turn on or like in the king air where you have a fuel shutoff lever. Using the auto start will not turn these levers on, and I have seen a case that if you switch from a single engine to a two engine air craft that one or the other lever is off. Not sure why it did that but seeing is beleving. Other than that your guess is as good as mine. Maybe it is possible that FS9 thinks it is only a single engine aircraft?

Have you tried hitting Ctrl+Shift+F4 ?
Sets props mixture to "rich" and enables fuel flow, and opens jets fuel valves.

Yeah I had a similar problem with the Y-11 (the Japanese commuter plane)
The key is the two red mixture leavers which must be fully forward.

Well, thanks everyone, but I think the add-on dhc-6 has some issues. I did check all the fuel levers and settings, as suggested. After re-starting the sim, I got both engines started but one soon quit. Panel then started losing gauges. I had a problem previously with rudder control, which started with this a/c and spread to other stock a/c's.After  a re-install of the sim things seemed OK until now. I have removed the -6 and all the associated files and things seem OK with the sim. This add-on is fine in FS2002. Anyone out there had problems with this 3rd party a/c? It is the "Project Globetwotter DHC-6 longnose" ???
