EA_KATL.  Sorry I took so long in getting back to you. I've been surfing the net after looking at the link you posted above. Its enough to make my head spin. Right now it is a toss up between Radeon 9600xt, pro, or the FX5700 ultra. They all would give me twice the fps that I'm getting right now. Since I have to budget for it I have time to compair and review some more. Undecided

If you will take a look at the video card chart the 9600xt will beat the 5700U by a slite margin in performance.but dont be in a hurry i for one know a good video card can be a big exspence.so you want to make shure before you buy one you will be happy with it.but i have owned Nvidia cards and ATI cards with good results but theres one plus to the ATI brand and that is the ATI cards have a lesser hit on FPS with antilassing turned on than the Nvidia cards do.and i am by no means trying to get you to buy an ATI card its just a fact i have noticed useing both brands and was a major factor in me buying the ATI 9600xt that i just recently bought.and i am verry happy with it.but talk to as many as you can on the matter and research it out good.and you cant go wrong that way.and dont ask a store sales man in a store for advice they cant be trusted cause they may just want to move a product thats not selling well.you could even start a post the the hardware fourm asking for recomendations on cards.but i am not bias i think Nvidia and ATI are both good video cards but myself i want to get the most performance for my money.so thats where the diffrence should be to the consumer.
