Look here

http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=fs2002;action=display;num=...
for a freeware equivalent.  And there are now a few panels at SimV that come with the gauge - look in FS2004 panels and apply the fix for use in 2002 aircraft.

Seems these are "ghost" carriers. The major Simsites have fixes and add-ons to add navaids to these ships, so you will find them. But the carriers are very poor under every point of view. Search on this site (2002 scenery page 20) Rich Hogen's carriers instead. (You need arrcab24.zip and FSUIPC, but that should not be a problem)

The default carriers may suck to no limit, but I gotta admit, it's fun flying small planes through those little gaps in them. Tongue
