If you read my ***Warning - Bad Idea*** in the FS2002 forum you will understand the title. Anyhow this is for CFS1. My thought is that if I was to make two airfiles for, lets say, a GR1 (Tornado) and get an unlucky someone to do some XML gauge to switch the two. On Rick Barckers SR71 I liked the twin panel system idea, and I would like to know if it could be applied to an animation or the textures to visualy swing the wings. Then when the *.air changes, so would the tex and you could go faster, higher etc.
What d'ya think?

Hi Dan. I see one snag with your idea. XML gauges were introduced with FS2002. I very much doubt they're compatible with CFS1 or even CFS2.

Ok, what about a normal *.gau, however you write one of them?! Any other problems?
