The best CPU for a sct 370 pIII board would be a 1.13GHz 133MHz Intel Pentium® III Tualatin 512K Cache FCPGA II - if you can still find one!
Thers is a 1.4Ghz version, but there rather rare.
If you wish to use it as some sort of backup machine, I'd have thought a faster hard drive would give you better results.......
