Hi, running cfs3 on an athlon xp2000+, 512 mb ddr, ti4200 card. When i install the game then run it, it runs in only 3 colours, blue, white and black! Anyone else had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Cheers

What graphics settings are you running it on? Have you tried a reinstall? And see whats checked in the Overrides section of CFS3config. Also, is your graphics card installed properly? And what are your monitor display settings?
Lets see if we can sort this for you.

Thanks for your reply mate. Tryed reinstall, same result. Graphics settings are default, 3 for all. Unsure of what you mean by overrides in config. Graphics card installed correctly, IL2 FB runs well! Eager to get game running as i cant believe the game is as crap as they keep telling me in il2 forums, to many addons etc so there must be summin good going on with CFS3!!

Your system is good, card weak for CFS3.
Go here for the CFS3 patch:
http://www.microsoft.com/games/combatfs3/
Go to Insider/FAQ/10 Config tweaks.
Need latest driver/direct x.
Modest resolution settings. Such as 1152x864x16.
Modest FSAA, AAF, mip map etc; Bilinear.
