During this month since I started using Gmax I've had all possible kind of errors ever mentioned...
Such as:
collocated vertices,
1024units/meter
make mdl not found etc.,
So my conclusion, based on expierence of solving these troubles is that most of these error are
ABSOLUTE BULL...T,and only reason of this is buggyness of GMAX or makemdl or both...because I rip them off by just restarting Gmax or just trying to export again...

But now I have totaly new kind of error(for me at least)wich is:
"Application run out of memory and will be closed"
So...no other programs running on backround,no antivirus running,I even dont listen music or watching pornoclips while working in Gmax
Summary info says that my scene uses 190Mb of memory of 512Mb total,my model has only 7000 faces... so what daz Gmax want?!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried to restart my mashine(did it twice)-no way-Gmax has no memory!!!
What is more strange that it happened when I added to my aircraft pilot figure wich is 70 faces only!
So,daz anybody have any idea about it?

Case of the Collicated vertices:

This is something I have learned in Geometry class back at high school.

If three vertices are perfectly lined up to make a single edge of one side of a triangle. This mostly involves square polygons. If one corner of a square face is tucked in to make a triangle, it might cause some exporting problems called "collicated vertices".

Cure/Treatment:

Go back to the error text file that has the loooooooong list of objects that were involved. Next to the name of each object, it will tell you what's wrong with the object [collicated vertices, blah blah blah]. Select the object in Gmax and make sure there are no problems with the vertices by simply going to the object's vertex sublevel and select all the vertices. In the modify tab, scroll to where you first see the term WELD and click Selected. Keep clicking until a pop up window comes up saying "no more targets within threshold".

The Case of the Memory:

Sorry, I can't help you on this. There has to be someone here who knows.
