You can add ILS in the form of add on scenery. There are a number of them available,most notable being H_Squad at Navyair.com . There are others, a few I have built into some of my scenery,some by Mobster and there are others .I suggest that you go to the cfs1 scenery library here at Simviation and see which ones offer ILS. If you know how to use Airport 2.6 you can add your own if you wish.If not, go the add on scenery route.
