Im making an AFCAD for TM0E, which is a military base... with about 10 AI MiG-21's doing Touch-and-Go's, the problem is that about 3 get airborne and have done the circuit before the rest gets a chance to takeoff.

I want them to takeoff in pairs (2 side by side) instead of one at a time, but i only have one runway, and even with doubling the runway thing in AFCAD (2 parralel black lines they still wait for each other to go...

How can this be fixed?

I don't know about pairing them up (I think you'd actually need a .mdl file that depicts two of them together)... But, for the circuit issue... I would increase the departures times for each one.

as the AI really sucks at flying the MiG-21 it doesn't seem a wise choice to let them coexist in pairs on one runway. of all the ones i've seen flying none made it to the centerline... they use the edge lines as centerline even with the runway line in the middle

For some reason, I have never been able to get the AI to use more than one runway.  I have expirimented with closing runways, parallel runways, flight times, etc. but it never uses more than one.  It's the one flaw in an otherwise great program.  It's not the fault of AFCAD or TTools though.  They simply cannot control ATC on that basis.  I think they're trying to crack that barrier, but no success yet.
