Traffic Tools!

A freeware program made for doing just that.

The latest version is available in the Essential Files section of SimV.

Also check out Project AI for lots and lots of great downloads that will automatically increase and realistically change the traffic in FS.

  I use "My Traffic", it's a payware program but I like it.
