I thought it might be fun for a challenge of a different kind for a change. I have been wanting to do this for a while, but couldn't find a photo with enough things wrong to be sufficient to the task. But this one seems perfect for this.
If you want the original source scan, let me know and I'll send it. The original pic is about 4 X 3 inches and I scanned it at 600 dpi. The image is 2360 X 1704 pixels.
So, for all of us that love to edit, here we go!

I don't own photoshop or anything like it, but what a cool idea, and great old picture. I will watch with great interest.

OK, I have had a go
.
Please do bear in mind that I (as I am only 13) am new to this, and I am sure that some of you out there will be much better than me at this, and will produce much better restoration work.
Well, here you go

Yep, it most certainly is
Mine is very light with not much contrast because I didn't put it in. I have only done the resotration of the pic without editing contrast or anything. I could have done it if I had time, but this is as far as I went.
Ken, would you mind telling me how you put the trees in because it looks much better than mine
Thanks All,

Ken, I'm amazed how much you brought out the reflections on that picture. Good work everyone!
