Are you in highschool or college? I got highschool finals in a week, starting on tuesday(or wednesday)

Yes the package includes the 737-600s and 737-700s with or without winglets.

Does anyone know where the precision manuals website went, or is it just down temporarily?

Well, they just released the new update for the 737NG, which is a major overhaul of the aircraft. Lots of trafic to their server...
