I need help fast!
I am running Windows XP and my little bubble buddy didn't pop up to help me this time.

It some reason dropped down from 32 bit color (think) to a 4 bit color. And I can't change the screen resolution either.

A bubble thing popped up before, and asked if it should restore the color depth. Worked, but now he won't come up.  Cry   HELP!

Your Graphics settings have been degraded.

Check to see if hardware acceleration is enabled.

Go to Control Panel/Display/settings/Advanced/Troubleshoot to check Hardware acceleration.

If hardware acceleration is on full, it's possible you need to reinstall your video driver, AGP driver, or DirectX 9.0b

You could try a system restore to put things back the way they were before the fault.

Good Luck
